Sevilla hosts Levante in a 1/16-finals game from the Spanish Copa del Rey

Sevilla hosts Levante at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in a 1/16-finals game from the Spanish Copa del Rey. Let’s take a look during our soccer matches tomorrow.

For Sevilla this game comes just few days after their 1-2 loss against Real Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. This game was filled with contradictions, because Sevilla got two of their goals dissallowed. Luuk de Jong managed to score for Los Rojiblancos, but Real Madrid secured the win with two goals from Casemiro.

After the game Sevilla’s manager Julen Lopetegui was more than angry because of the referees’ decisions. But now he has to calm himself down and plan his team’s strategy for the next game. Sevilla are usually doing well in the Copa del Rey, so they would like to go far in the competition this season, too.

Levante also suffered a defeat in their last La Liga game. They hosted Deportivo Alaves at home, but suffered a 0-1 loss. Sevilla’s former man Aleix Vidal scored the winning goal in the 64th minute. On Tuesday Vidal will have the opportunity to face one of his former clubs.

Levante’s manager Paco Lopez has some problems before the visit to Andalucia. He can’t use three of his players, who are injured – Oier, Rober and Miramon.

Meanwhile Sevilla will be without the midfielder Joan Jordan, who is also injured and unavaliable for selection by the manager Julen Lopetegui.

Lopetegui could make some changes in his line-up compared to the game at the Bernabeu. In Madrid the coach left Nolito, En-Nesyri, Oliver Torres and Rony Lopes at the bench, but he could pick them for Tuesday because they would have fresher legs.

That’s our soccer matches tomorrow for the Copa del Rey 1/16-finals game between Sevilla and Levante on Tuesday. We believe Los Rojiblancos are the team to watch here, but let’s see.
